What is BizVision™?

BizVision™ is our holistic business management program. It’s more than just a philosophy, its goals, strategies, and tactics combined with your company data to provide management with a comprehensive tool to manage business.

BizVision™ takes a refined, holistic view on the integration of people, process, and technology. We seek to understand not only the operational components of how a company’s business is managed, but also the company’s unique company culture and how that culture was created and matured. IA considers the intricacies that make the company’s entire team tick, along with how the company’s organization uses structure, if any, to accomplish the goals of the organization. BizVision™ also looks at the company’s individual communications within their areas of influence, with customers and vendors, as well as a look at the company’s target markets. BizVision™ will identify gaps in people, process, or technology, as well as conflicts within the system, including human conflict both internally and externally. BizVision™ provides a lens through which we see our clients and teach them to see themselves.

What does the BizVision™ Process consist of?

1. Data Collection:

This step is our structured process of learning about our client’s business and their team. Data collection begins with completion of a document that guides our client through a Q&A and policy collection step that is intended to provide us with a foundation of understanding about our client’s business. This initial data collection process is followed up with specific personal Q&A sessions for up to two hours each via Zoom with the intent on clarification of the collected data and a deeper dive into the areas of influence we have been asked to focus on. Finally, we map the company visually and use that to analyze the collected data to present our observations.

2. Observations:

In this step, we document our observations in a structured way to outline our clear understanding of a client’s business and their team. This phase often identifies gaps, both in the area(s) of influence we have been asked to review as well as in other parts of the organization not initially identified.

3. GAP Identification:

This step is where we document any obvious GAPS or areas of the organization that require further review or remediation of identified problems. These GAPS may include people, process, procedure, or technology issues and may warrant further analysis and clarification. We outline the GAPS and prioritize them based first on what our clients requested from us initially and also based on potential risk to the viability of the organization, as a whole or in part.

4. Report Presentation:

We present our observations and recommendations from the first three steps. This is done through our BizVision™ Report and S.M.A.R.T. Management™ tactics, and through provided GAP recommendations and other recommendations such as 6 to 60 month planning tools.

5. Implement & Teach:

Through continued engagement, we teach our clients the BizVision™ Business Management Model and S.M.A.R.T. Management™ and how to implement these tools in their day-to-day business. We also provide ongoing support in any other areas of need identified in the BizVision™ process.

What is BizVision™ and how is it used? 

BizVision™ is a trademark of Individual Advantages, LLC. (IA) and is generally understood to represent the companies management process, the tools used in its business advisory work and the business management system that is created from the commingling of the tools and the process. 

The BizVision™ management process is a seven-page foundational document that IA uses to provide advisory and leadership development services to its clients. The document in support of the BizVision™ management process is commonly referred to as the A-400 BizVision™ Management Method.
